About The Position

We are looking for a driven, team-oriented Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist who is looking to be a true business partner to our hiring managers. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support critical senior & executive level search ranging from Associate Principal to Partner level roles across Trinity’s practices. The role will drive the end to end TA process from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, and offer management. This senior-level role is critical to driving leadership hiring for key executive positions that shape the future of our organization. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting strategies to deliver exceptional results in a competitive talent landscape. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years recruitment experience, with focus on executive or senior-level hiring (Director+)
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, RPOs, and alternative sourcing methods
  • Proven results-oriented work experience in a competitive, fast paced industry
  • Proven success with sourcing and pipeline management
  • Exceptional ability to influence and advise executives, balancing business needs with market realities and talent insights
  • Proficiency in AI tools, MS office, reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BU leads, Operating Committee members, hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs
  • Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process, advising your business partners and HR colleagues along the way
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Develop creative and efficient sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions
  • Represent Trinity Partners as a company ambassador to potential employees
  • Interview and evaluate candidates for employment in all assigned positions using behavioral and competency based interviewing skills
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring every hire strengthens our business and culture
