About The Position

Sloan has an opening for an Executive Protection Supervisor. In this role you will work under direction of the Office of the President to ensure appropriate protection is provided to all Corporate assets including personnel, physical locations, and identified assets of Sloan.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience as a professional driver for an individual or company service.
  • IL driver's license
  • Concealed carry license/permit for IL and IN
  • Ability to travel out of state at least 25% of the time.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality at all times.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform personal protection duties.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; neat and professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead all activity related to Executive Protection, Travel Safety and Security for designated executives. Will manage all travel safety related concerns, travel safety education and travel risk mitigation.
  • Ensures our client’s safe and timely transport to various destinations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Act as a trusted companion in transit, ensuring our clients arrive at their locations safely and comfortably.
  • Maintain company vehicles for transportation purposes
  • Maintain transportation records including but not limited to daily schedules, daily/monthly mileage, vehicle inspection forms, sign-in sheets, & reports
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both inside and out, to uphold professional standards
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance as required to ensure roadworthiness
  • Will be responsible for creating job aids, standard operating procedures, and coordinating instructions from policies and manager's input; procedures, and other security relevant topics.
  • Assist Protective Services team with aspects of security and crisis management which will include physical security, electronic security, crisis management, emergency response activities, training, administration etc.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.
