Hudson Rouge (a VML company) is a luxury boutique marketing and communications agency that works solely on luxury brands and is the exclusive agency of record for the Lincoln Automotive business across all channels. We combine brand strategy, media strategy, activation, digital, social, earned media, production and analytics to provide exquisitely crafted creativity. We are an agency that prides itself on the highest levels of craft and concept, THE OPPORTUNITY Executive Producer Could this be you? The Executive Producer will be a creative production expert, critical thinker, elevating each project regardless of scale. The Executive Producer will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong team/client/agency relationships, producing work that is distinct, consistent and honors the level of style and craftsmanship that goes into every touchpoint that makes up our brands. The Executive Producer will be a partner in the creative process to ensure success on all levels from pre through post-production. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience and skills that push the production technological limits and creative partners and solves on all projects, which can be experienced across integrated platforms. The Executive Producer is responsible for leading and mentoring clients, teams and other team producers, on all production standards and practices supporting a strong and informed alliance in the department, on all jobs. The Executive Producer will require exceptional planning and organizational skills in order to manage the agency, client and vendor relationships and responsibilities when in planning and engaging in production. The Executive Producer will liaise between the agency and suppliers, maintaining fair process and channeling clear, positive communication in order to deliver our product successfully, on time, in budget and with the highest level of creative standards. The Executive Producer will have no less than 10-15 years of experience, with creative and production knowledge in AI, live production, music, luxury brands with automotive a plus. The Executive Producer reports into the Head of Production on all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for excellence in all day-to-day including scoping and ballparking creative concepts, breaking down scripts, building detailed project schedules, managing project scope, researching and securing the best production resources, music houses, quality controlling all deliverables, maintaining project documentation and communication with project teams through final delivery.
  • Ability to contribute to the elevation of the creative product through actively participating with team. Support, inspire, and educate on production opportunities that apply to each project.
  • Aware of top industry trends, techniques, directors, cinematographers, GCI, AI, and all new technologies in an effort to elevate the creative product.
  • Responsible for building critical relationships and maintaining the agency’s reputation and standard of excellence within the production industry, maintaining an active knowledge of cross-discipline external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple, often concurrent projects.
  • Trusted to lead workloads independently and manage up to the Head of Production where needed or appropriate.
  • Ability to utilize industry expertise to select and negotiate with the appropriately based on creative/scope/budget/timeline and identify which partner is best suited to execute the creative vision.
  • Knowledgeable of compliance and client legal guidelines.
  • Ability to leverage valuable experience to proactively predict issues and guide the team away from avoidable challenges during all stages of production.
  • Responsible for supporting and participating in efforts to cultivate a diverse, equal and inclusive culture of production within our work.
  • Ability to communicate proactively with Client, Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, Talent Affairs, on all aspects of the production including milestones, deliverables in order to keep the production process flowing smoothly.
  • Able to serve as a client-facing member of the team, and to articulate all aspects of production plans with varying levels of knowledge at each level of the process.
  • Ability to explain talent language and costs to both Agency and Client, while also staying on top of the latest talent/union information from SAG.
  • A partner working closely with the Business Affairs Manager to compile final estimate and final actualizations. Wrap out efficiently at the end of each project.
  • Knowledge and ability to source music partners, produce original and licensed music on behalf of clients.
