As an experienced Executive Producer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities As the Executive Producer for Deloitte University, you will drive the end-to-end technical and creative execution of high-profile, broadcast-quality events, ensuring every moment is delivered flawlessly across live and virtual platforms. You will act as the lead producer for top tier events, leading a team of junior producers, managing multiple live production events per week. You will operate at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and executive stakeholder engagement, setting the standard for memorable, immersive event experiences across Deloitte's national learning campus.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of leadership experience in event production - including corporate events. Broadcast, live, or virtual event A/V production (agency or entertainment sector) also considered.
  • 8+ years working with advanced video and audio production systems as it pertains to functionality and capabilities: cameras, switchers, mixers, projection, digital signage, networking, and streaming. (Note: this position does not require the operation of said production systems.)
  • 8+ years demonstrated excellence executing complex shows in high-pressure, executive-facing environments.
  • 5+ years working experience with project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • 8+ years working experience directing and mentoring technical teams and interface confidently with senior executives.
  • Must be local to Dallas, TX and this role will require availability and delivery that aligns to the program schedule across a 7-day week (weekends included based on business needs).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Audio/Visual Production, Media Technology, Communications, Event Production or related technical field.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be able to start by March 2, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of A/V, technical, and broadcast elements for major Deloitte University conferences, forums, and special events.
  • Translate event objectives into compelling visual and audio experiences, integrating cutting-edge technology and creative solutions.
  • Serve as executive show-caller, and principal liaison between executive and stakeholders, presenters, all A/V production teams, and MES (meeting Event Services).
  • Supervise the setup, operation, and teardown of all audio, video, lighting, staging, and streaming assets.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of A/V technicians, engineers, stagehands, and freelance specialists; set clear responsibilities and ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate and manage across third-party production vendors, broadcast partners, and creative agencies to guarantee quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce detailed technical run-of-shows, cue sheets, scripts, and platform integrations for seamless event flow.
  • Ensure all content, creative assets, and technical cues are tested and synchronized prior to showtime.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during planning, rehearsals, and live events.
  • Establish and document A/V standards, workflows, and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
