Executive Producer (Overnights), LiveNOW from FOX
About The Position
FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S., including stations in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas. These stations produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. As the Overnight Executive Producer for LiveNOW from FOX, you will lead an Orlando-based team of digital journalists and host/producers, driving editorial decisions for the new overnight team. The role involves ensuring accuracy, speed, and creativity in live coverage 24/7, engaging with viewers globally, and collaborating with the VP of LiveNOW, other executive producers, and partners across FOX. LiveNOW is a fast-moving, 24/7 live-streaming platform that delivers breaking news and live events unfiltered, aiming to redefine news delivery in the digital era by providing real-time, unscripted coverage to millions of viewers across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a digital or broadcast news leadership role
- 3+ years directly managing editorial teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced news environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams through high stakes breaking news and live coverage.
- Excellent editorial judgment.
- Deep understanding of digital production, live video workflows, and newsroom technologies.
- Proficiency in social media, SEO, analytics, and digital publishing platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as news demands.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the overnight Orlando-based team, managing coverage and live event execution, while focusing heavily on audience engagement.
- Make fast, sound editorial decisions in breaking news environments, balancing urgency with accuracy.
- Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Journalists and Host/Producers.
- Ensure all live coverage meets the highest journalistic standards and delivers a seamless, engaging viewer experience.
- Collaborate across FOX and external news content partners, contributors, and creators to expand live coverage opportunities.
- Analyze real-time performance metrics to refine storytelling, optimize engagement, and enhance editorial strategy.
- Oversee team schedules, staffing, and operational workflows while continuously evolving best practices for live streaming.
