About The Position

EX/studios by Exhibitus is our bold new creative studio division—built to disrupt the expected and deliver next-level immersive brand experiences. We’re looking for a powerhouse Executive Producer / Strategist to help lead the charge. This is not your average role. You’ll be a strategic force, a production expert, and a relationship builder all in one. You’ll work side-by-side with the VP of Experiential to shape the future of EX/studios—crafting unforgettable experiences for top-tier entertainment, consumer, and tech brands. If you’re a visionary with deep industry relationships, a passion for storytelling, and the chops to bring big ideas to life, we want to meet you.

Requirements

7–10+ years in experiential, branded events, or creative agency environments
Proven success managing large-scale projects ($250K–$2M+)
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
High emotional intelligence and client trust
Startup energy with the support of an established brand
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and proactive
Equally confident in the boardroom and on the job site
A connector of people, ideas, and execution
Excited to build something new and bold

Nice To Haves

Experience with scenic builds, AV, or interactive tech is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead experiential projects from pitch to flawless execution
Own timelines, budgets, vendors, and onsite delivery with internal fabrication support
Ensure creative excellence at every stage
Turn client goals into strategic frameworks, briefs, and audience journeys
Shape proposals and pitch narratives that win
Support KPIs, measurement, and post-event reporting
Drive new business alongside the VP of Experiential
Cultivate and grow trusted client relationships
Leverage your network to build a strong pipeline
Align with design, creative, engineering, and fabrication teams
Be the bridge between vision and execution
Help build the team and culture as we scale
