About The Position

The Executive Partner serves as a strategic right hand to the Managing Partner across multiple affiliated hospitality, real estate, and development entities. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance. The Executive Partner works alongside the Managing Partner to maintain focus and momentum across critical initiatives, managing communications, aligning priorities, coordinating senior stakeholders, and advancing execution across multiple businesses and development projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable operating alongside investors, lenders, attorneys, public officials, and senior leadership teams. This is a part time opportunity with the option for full time in the future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting a founder, managing partner, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Comfortable juggling multiple business lines and competing priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with project management, CRM, or financial reporting tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize all incoming communications with sound judgment and discretion
  • Serve as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely follow-up on critical matters across all business entities
  • Draft high-level correspondence, summaries, and briefing materials
  • Own and optimize the Managing Partner’s calendar across multiple companies and projects
  • Align scheduling with strategic priorities, development milestones, and investor commitments
  • Prepare meeting agendas and briefing packets
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through
  • Maintain visibility across active development, acquisition, financing, and operational initiatives
  • Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate materials for lender presentations, investor meetings, RFP submissions, and regulatory interactions
  • Assist in assembling proposals, executive summaries, and presentations
  • Interface confidently with senior executives, capital partners, legal counsel, government agencies, and community leaders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across separate ownership groups and capital structures
  • Support coordination between internal teams and external advisors
  • Implement systems to streamline workflow, document management, and communication
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files across multiple entities
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that increase executive productivity
