- Experience in professional services (BigLaw, MBB consulting, PE/IB) or high-growth startups .
- Demonstrated success managing complex schedules , sensitive communications, and time-critical workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; polished, poised, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to take ownership , act independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems before they escalate.
- Experience planning events, off-sites, office buildouts, or operational projects .
- Tech-forward mindset: comfortable learning and adopting productivity tools, scheduling systems, automation workflows, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted partner to the founders by managing calendars, inbox organization, meeting prioritization, and external communication. Anticipate needs before they arise, ensuring executives stay focused on high-impact work.
- Operational Leadership Oversee and optimize day-to-day office operations, including workspace buildouts, vendor management, and budget tracking. Implement scalable systems for office management, procurement, onboarding, culture initiatives, and internal communications.
- Meeting, Travel & Event Logistics Coordinate all meeting logistics, investor/stakeholder communication, executive travel, off-sites, and internal events. Prepare agendas, track follow-up items, and ensure execution across cross-functional initiatives.
- Project & Deliverable Management Maintain oversight of deadlines, priorities, and company-wide initiatives, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Support key operational projects, including HR, People Ops, and administrative initiatives.
- Culture, Onboarding & Internal Experience Support onboarding and training processes to ensure new hires have a seamless entry experience. Assist in fostering a strong, cohesive company culture aligned with organizational values.
- No-Task-Too-Small Mentality Jump in wherever needed from process documentation to vendor follow-up maintaining a flexible, professional, can-do mindset.
