The Mayor’s Office of Equity & Racial Justice (MOERJ) seeks a highly organized and dynamic Executive Coordinator to serve as a core member of the team, providing direct support and reporting to the NYC Chief Equity Officer and Commissioner of MOERJ while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the office. The Executive Coordinator works closely with colleagues in Facilities, IT, and other departments to provide organizational support at the office-wide level, troubleshoot issues, keep information flowing, and help staff stay informed. The Executive Coordinator also plays a key role in supporting team culture helping to welcome new employees and collaborating with the Chief of Staff on team meetings, retreats, appreciation activities, and other internal events. The Executive Coordinator will engage regularly with senior leaders across MOERJ and throughout the City.
