About The Position

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator (Experienced or Senior) to support the BCA Engineering executives in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with the ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an office administration or similar roles
  • Experience supporting multiple Executives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing dynamic schedules and calendars.
  • Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or higher is nice to have
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Boeing procurement tools such as SSPN.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources.
  • Team oriented attitude and working together focus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging requests
  • Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
  • Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
  • Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments
  • Provide guidance for less experienced employees
  • Work under limited supervision

  • Summary Pay Range: Experienced (Level C): $63,750 - $86,250
  • Senior (Level D): $77,350 - $104,650
