About The Position

This is a rare and defining opportunity for a senior oncology physician leader to shape the future of cancer care in San Francisco and across Northern California. As Executive Medical Director of the Pacific Campus Cancer Advanced Care Center - a future Sutter Health Cancer Institute - and Service Line Chair, Oncology for Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG), you will serve as the inaugural physician leader guiding one of the most significant cancer care investments in Sutter Health’s history. You will have the platform, resources, and system commitment to build something enduring: an integrated, multidisciplinary cancer program that sets a new standard for patient‑centered, high‑quality oncology care. Operate within a broader, system‑level oncology service line, giving you the reach to influence care standards, pathways, and outcomes across the Sutter Health enterprise. Help define how modern cancer care is delivered—integrating prevention, diagnostics, treatment, research, and survivorship in a truly coordinated model.
