About The Position

The West Regional Delivery Lead is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of strategic direction to successfully lead and grow Project & Development Services (PDS) in the West Region. This role is responsible for profitability, service quality, talent development, and strategic and tactical decisions for PDS in the specific region. They will act as a trusted business advisor and strategic partner to both internal and external clients, leading and supporting the sourcing, pitching, and securing of new business and projects within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
  • Experience in client relations, client management and consulting
  • 17+ years' experience
  • 17+ years management experience
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to manage P&L and understand how PDS generates revenue.
  • Exhibit self-awareness to understand personal strengths and weaknesses, building a successful team structure.
  • Delegate and empower team members, identifying and defining plans for team development and performance management.
  • Build trust with internal stakeholders, maintain a local network, and lead business development and recruiting efforts.
  • Adapt quickly to new situations, appreciate different perspectives, and understand the broader impact on the organization's strategy.
  • Be responsive and engaging with collaborative partners, make decisive and confident decisions, and take pride and ownership of work and team efforts.
  • React appropriately to conflict situations, provide solutions, leverage resources as needed, and maintain involvement until resolution.
