About The Position

The Executive Locker Room Attendant position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensures cleanliness for the members and guests of The Spa and PRO Club Men's Locker Room at a world class level while enforcing rules and policies. Performs a variety of customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing a full range of service to members and guests focusing on executive locker room, including cleanliness, optimal operations, food and beverage components, completing assigned work duties, and working as a team member. Requirements

  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of chemical products and their proper usage
  • Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of spot cleaning carpet and upholstery
  • Knowledge of floor tile cleaning
  • Knowledge of spa, medical spa, and salon services, procedures and schedules
  • Knowledge of laundering procedures and schedules
  • Knowledge of all menu items including food ingredients, preparation of menu items and beverages
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food handling safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of other departments in the club
  • Skill at providing exceptional guest service
  • Skill in attention to detail and of cleaning procedures
  • Skill in hand/eye coordination
  • Skill in multitasking and organization
  • Skill in carrying serving trays of food and beverages
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must possess a current state food handlers permit and alcohol service permit
  • Must have experience in customer service
  • Current CPR Certification required (From either Red Cross or American Heart Association)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in housekeeping and hospitality industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a show-ready, clean, and organized space at all times.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure standards exceed expectations.
  • Lead by example in cleanliness and support associates in meeting task goals.
  • Assist training new hires on all executive and spa locker room procedures.
  • Assist members with requests, scheduling, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintains and provides excellent customer service at all times
  • Greets all Executive members/guests by name, when possible, while performing duties
  • Accommodates and anticipates all Executive members/guests' requests expediently, courteously and in a gracious manner making them feel welcome and attended to.
  • Handles Executive member/guest complaints by acknowledging the problem, and informing the supervisor or Assistant Manager of Guest Services when necessary
  • Welcomes all members to Men's Executive Locker Room and male guests to the Spa Locker Room
  • Provides Executive Locker Room tours of space and amenities and assists with locker rentals.
  • Assist members/guests in ordering food and beverage
  • Monitors Men's Locker Room for electronic devices and communicates with members why these are not allowed in locker room spaces.
  • Continuously circulates through assigned areas to pick up glass and dishware, trash, magazines and deposits towels, robes, slippers in appropriate laundry drop
  • Assists with laundry duties.
  • Follows WA State guidelines for disinfecting and cleaning for all necessary items
  • Empties trash/recycle receptacles as needed
  • Notifies Supervisor/Manager with all maintenance needs
  • Extensive Cleaning is required for this position.  A detail list of tasks will be provided at time of training
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
