Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience
• Proven closer with a track record of hitting goals
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and compliance
• High-energy communicator who builds trust quickly
• Relentless follow-up mindset - speed wins
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
• NMLS licensed (or able to license quickly)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, performance matters more

Responsibilities

• Work company-provided, hot, targeted leads - daily
• Analyze borrower needs and structure the right loan solution
• Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline
• Own each deal from first call to clear-to-close
• Partner with processing, underwriting, and compliance to keep files moving fast
• Stay sharp on guidelines, market shifts, and regulatory updates
• Represent AFN with confidence, authority, and professionalism
