About The Position

Executive Liaison The Executive Liaison plays a central role in accelerating leadership momentum by connecting people, information, and projects at the right time. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position that blends executive support, project management, operational coordination, and relationship building. You’ll work closely with the COO and leadership team to streamline workflows, strengthen communication across departments, and ensure key initiatives move forward with clarity and precision. Requirements

  • 6+ years supporting executive leadership or working in a high-responsibility administrative, operational, or project management role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workload and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continual improvement
  • Willingness to share ideas that help the firm succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facilities management or vendor relations is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive scheduling, communication, and day-to-day priorities.
  • Prepare meetings, gather information, and create concise executive summaries.
  • Anticipate needs and clear roadblocks to keep leadership moving.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and document processes.
  • Identify efficiency improvements and support cross-team initiatives.
  • Organize and track firm-wide priorities.
  • Communicate expectations, involve the right stakeholders, and deliver accurate, on-time results.
  • Build strong internal relationships to support clear communication.
  • Handle select client interactions and direct questions to the right resources.
  • Strengthen partnerships and support targeted outreach efforts.
  • Partner with branch teams to address maintenance needs.
  • Evaluate vendor quotes, oversee performance, and ensure quality standards.
  • Coordinate workspace enhancements and support branch relocations or expansions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and communicate with clarity and discretion.
  • Seek diverse perspectives when navigating complex tasks.
