About The Position

We are looking for a results driven Executive – Learning & Development to support and execute impactful learning initiatives. You will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and analyzing engaging learning experiences that enhance employee growth, performance, and organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with hands-on LMS administration experience.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and content development tools.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Experience in data-driven reporting and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and learning analytics (Preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro for multimedia content creation (would be a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user access management, reporting, and analytics tracking.
  • Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, functional skills, soft skills, leadership development, and digital capability enhancement.
  • Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, interactive presentations, training guides, and multimedia content.

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to drive participation, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend effective, data-driven training solutions.
  • Analyze training effectiveness using dashboards and reports through advanced Excel, tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Generate detailed learning analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support vendor coordination, training logistics, and contribute to L&D communications, campaigns, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
