About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to support a private couple across multiple residences, including Palm Beach, the Hamptons, and New York City. The principals are primarily based in Palm Beach, spend the summers in the Hamptons, with periodic travel to New York City. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a home to an exceptional standard and is comfortable working independently while the principals are traveling. The position will focus primarily on day-to-day housekeeping and home upkeep, with some light operational and assistant-style support. Key Responsibilities: Perform and oversee deep cleaning, daily housekeeping, laundry, and overall home upkeep of the 5,000 square foot residence in Palm Beach. Manage household tasks including trash removal, grocery shopping, errands, and inventory management Care for three small dogs and provide occasional house-sitting and dog-sitting during weekend travel Maintain and manage the home while the principals are away, overseeing vendors and ensuring the household runs smoothly Travel between residences and prepare homes in advance of the principals’ arrival Communicate proactively regarding household needs, supplies, and maintenance observations This role may gradually expand to include additional household management responsibilities over time

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or executive housekeeping within a private residence
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without daily oversight
  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Comfortable traveling for one to two weeks at a time a few times per year
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent, verifiable references
