About The Position

A busy family in West Palm Beach, FL, recently moved into a new home and is seeking an experienced executive housekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and long-term care of their residence. This role blends hands-on household management/housekeeping with higher-level oversight of vendors, home projects, and operational systems. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining a well-run, organized home—periodically resetting the household to a fresh, orderly state while coordinating and supervising outside service providers. This is a live-out, long-term role well-suited to someone who thrives in managing homes as a professional operation.Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30am-2:30pm

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a private home
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable negotiating with and overseeing vendors
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise household vendors, including cleaning crews, landscapers, pool technicians, HVAC, and other trades
  • Periodically reset the home to an organized, polished standard
  • Manage routine household maintenance and ongoing home improvement projects
  • Negotiate with vendors and ensure quality, timely completion of work
  • Assist with warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
  • Support the family during home transitions or renovation phases
  • Own daily household operations, including laundry, surface resets, and organizational systems
  • Manage packages, mail organization, inventory tracking, and household supplies
  • Assist with grocery pickups and household errands as needed
