About The Position
Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping and laundry operations and support our high standards of service across the property.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or laundry operations (preferably in hospitality)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial laundry processes, and chemical safety
- A positive, resourceful attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Leading, training, and supervising housekeeping and laundry staff
- Developing and managing daily/weekly schedules
- Conducting quality control inspections to uphold cleanliness standards
- Managing inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
- Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across departments
- Working closely with management to support club-wide goals
