The Executive Housekeeper is a senior operational leader responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and governance of the Hotel Housekeeping and EVS departments. This role focuses on departmental leadership, workforce management, financial oversight, quality assurance, safety compliance, and cross functional collaboration, rather than direct line level supervision. The Executive Housekeeper ensures that guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back of house spaces consistently meet or exceed brand standards, regulatory requirements, and guest expectations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all cleaning operations.
