About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of Casino Host experience required; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least (3) years of Casino Host experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the Company’s property, as well as special events on and near property.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with all house rules and regulations.
  • Support the VIP Service Department by responding to basic guest and staff questions, while channeling more complex concerns to Director of the department.
  • Research historical data on players’ behavior to create target lists.
  • Develop and execute offers/awards/incentives, including use of existing promotions/programs, complimentary goods and services and other activities/events to encourage customer loyalty and build positive relationships.
  • Use technological applications and devices to record player preferences and habits.
  • Compile guest feedback and inform Director of findings on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork, as needed, seeking approval prior to any mass mailing/emailing going out to the guests.
  • Develop, coach and manage the staff members within the department.
  • Assist the Director with coordination of events, meetings as needed, scheduling staff within the department and working directly with needed vendors.
  • Must maintain a coded list with a minimum of 300 assigned players, a Developmental list with a minimum of 30 players and a Maintenance list with a minimum of 150 assigned players.
