About The Position

As an Executive Host, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experiences MGM is known for. Through personalized service and tailored experiences, you’ll build lasting relationships and strengthen guest loyalty. By analyzing player activity, anticipating needs, and collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure every visit is seamless, memorable, and impactful.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Support customer development and retention by greeting guests, establishing and maintaining strong rapport, and creating a personalized experience by evaluating players’ casino activity to determine appropriate incentives, and exercising sound judgment, when approved, to issue a limited number of comps and allowances
• Process guest reservations using various hotel software systems to include Vipr, Autocab, Opera, and Patron Management systems
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Attend special event functions to promote marketing efforts and engage with customers
• Maintain the privacy of casino customers, and safeguard confidential guest information by acting in accordance with company policies, and attending all mandatory compliance and training sessions to maintain awareness of best practices
• Ensure compliance with local laws, and Title 31
