General Summary Of Duties: A Customer Development Executive increases gaming revenue by developing new customers while maintaining loyalty of the established customer base, increase visitation to the property and bring new casino business to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Actively seeks new players through external networking and following through with “leads.” Maintains close ties with targeted guests through personal contact by phone and in person. Greets guests and participates in all special events and promotions. Use sound judgment and make good decisions in accordance with established reinvestment guidelines. Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty. A Customer Development Executive is required to produce a theoretical win based on specific criteria established by management.

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to work any shift, including unscheduled times due to client activity.
  • Required to present a well-groomed, professional appearance and have proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the AS400 casino rating system and LMS hotel reservation system is a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Business Degree in Marketing, Business or Hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and solicit new player to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino
  • Coordinates and customizes guest’s visits
  • Provide complimentary to guests based on play
  • Supports and promotes all special events and promotions
  • Create off site player development events to attract new players
  • Create on site events to attract new play and create additional visit of established players.
  • Meets established monthly revenue quotas for business of existing data base
  • Preforms other duties as assigned.
