The Executive Facilities Program Advisor serves as a senior technical and strategic leader directly supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Security and Installations (SIO) Directorate. In this executive-level position, the Advisor acts as the principal source of expert guidance to the Director of SIO and other senior NGA leaders on the full spectrum of enterprise facilities operations, planning, and management initiatives. This role is dedicated to delivering forward-looking counsel and cross-functional program leadership for facilities operations, including operational optimization, space management, construction management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation for complex projects. The Executive Facilities Program Advisor evaluates program performance, identifies and helps resolve execution and operational risks, and develops comprehensive recommendations to enhance mission assurance and operational effectiveness. The Advisor leads and contributes to enterprise-wide strategies, supports the development and improvement of operational plans, and ensures cradle-to-grave management of facilities operations while facilitating coordination across organizational boundaries and with interagency partners. Additional responsibilities include preparing and reviewing executive-level reports, performing advanced research and assessments, and presenting findings to senior agency leadership and external stakeholders. This is a key personnel position within the NGA VERTEX 3 program, requiring significant independent judgment, proactive initiative, and a solution-oriented approach that directly impacts the organization’s strategic direction.
