Role Overview This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate must be located within driving distance of our San Jose Office. The Executive Engagement Operations role is responsible for the seamless execution, tracking, and continuous improvement of Calix’s Executive Engagement programs—including Executive Briefings, Advisory Boards, and Executive Sponsor initiatives. This role ensures operational excellence, accurate program reporting, and a world-class experience for both internal stakeholders and executive customers. The successful candidate will be as comfortable interacting with C-Level executives as they are with their peers.
