About The Position

As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall direction, operations, and quality of hospice services, ensuring that every patient and family receives care that reflects dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
You will guide an interdisciplinary team of hospice professionals, ensuring that clinical care, operations, and compliance all work together to support the organization’s mission.
This position is responsible for building strong teams, supporting staff development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational success across the organization.

Requirements

• RN, LPN, or other relevant healthcare or professional degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in hospice, home health, or community healthcare.
• Strong ability to lead, coach and develop professional teams.
• Deep understanding of hospice philosophy and interdisciplinary care.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice regulations and certification requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice services.
