We are looking for an experienced community leader who wants to make a difference to serve as our next Executive Director. General Description The Executive Director is totally responsible for the management of the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care community. Also, they ensure every aspect of the community is operating in alignment with Franklin's high standards of care, culinary, cleanliness, courteous service, enriching activities, well maintained physical plant, and happy team members, within a achievable budget. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the community operates within company policies, and the compliance standards for the state of Georgia as well as all federal regulations.
