About The Position
Silver Birch Living is coming to Bedford Heights! We're opening Silver Birch of Bedford Heights in Late Summer 2026 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Bedford Heights area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All. We're looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead this community through its pre-opening and opening phases. This is a rare opportunity to build a new team, shape the culture, and make a lasting impact on seniors and their families. What You'll Do Lead the opening and operations of a brand-new assisted living community Build and inspire a high-performing team Ensure top-quality resident care and compliance with Ohio regulations Drive occupancy, financial success, and community engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
- Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
- Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and passion for serving seniors
Nice To Haves
- Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator (preferred)
