About The Position

The Executive Director provides overall leadership, oversight, and administration of the PACE Organization (PO), ensuring effective planning, organization, and evaluation of all operations. This role is accountable for the performance, financial viability, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and continued growth of the organization, while advancing a culture of collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with Trinity Health PACE (TH PACE) Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Seven (7)+ years of executive/director-level healthcare leadership experience, including geriatric service delivery; minimum one (1) year serving frail elders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managed care, healthcare operations, financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and change leadership capabilities.

  • Master’s degree preferred (Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field).

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for all aspects of PO operations, including primary care clinic, provider network, 24-hour care delivery, therapeutic services, day health center, home care, transportation, and Quality Assurance.
  • Lead development and execution of annual operating plans, capital and operating budgets, and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all federal, state, licensing, accreditation, and corporate integrity requirements.
  • Drive quality, safety, and participant outcomes through evidence-based programs and continuous performance improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with State and Federal regulators, elected officials, community partners, and contracted providers; advocate for PACE policy priorities.
  • Foster a participative, inclusive management culture focused on talent development, engagement, succession planning, and shared leadership.
  • Monitor operational, clinical, financial, and productivity performance; implement corrective strategies as needed.
  • Partner with clinical and advocacy leaders to integrate technology, information systems, and policy initiatives that support high-quality member care.
