About The Position

Executive Director of F&B Summary/Objective As the key employee liaison between the client and KWPM services, the Executive Director of F&B must perform the job duties with a view toward projecting a professional and competent image. The primary responsibility is to oversee the entire Food & Beverage operations throughout the company’s high-profile properties. Being the “public face” of these operations with a hands-on approach and an understanding member and staff engagement is critical to success in this position. . Duties and Essential Functions Overall understanding of Front of House and Back of House operations. Develop business plan for F&B services of KWPMC and oversee execution of goals and objectives Creating menus, food preparation and service, cocktails and beverages, beer, and wine. Developing pricing strategies and ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are consistent with the company's brand. Develop and monitor the F&B budget and procedures to provide direction and controls for food and beverage operations. Responsible for analyzing sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improving profitability. This includes monitoring food and beverage costs, revenue, and expenses, and making recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Managing and overseeing onsite team of food and beverage managers, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated and equipped to meet the company's goals and objectives. Have a passion and aptitude for teaching and training all food service personnel. Ensuring compliance that all food and beverage operations comply with food safety and regulatory requirements. Developing and maintaining relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that all vendor relationships are in line with the company's goals and objectives. Meeting with property board members and committee members to discuss strategies, review financial performance of F&B operations, and discuss talent management Work collaboratively with KWPMC hospitality team to ensure highest quality of service provided to clients Ensuring that guests have exceptional food and beverage experiences in all properties within the region. This includes monitoring guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience. Maintaining professional relationships with board members and clients and conducting presentations to promote the company brand. Create F&B product and service offerings for new clients Participate and attend business presentations to share F&B services Work with technology team to identify global POS for F&B Supervisory Responsibility This position will not have any direct reports. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This position is exempt (salaried) and full-time.  Days and hours of work will be determined based on the business needs of the property.  Weekend coverage may be required. Travel There will be travel to KWPMC properties throughout Florida and local meetings. Required Education and Experience Preferred Education; Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field 10 years in Food & Beverage Management Experience in hospitality industry, such as hotels and resorts Proven food and beverage management experience Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Requirements

  • 10 years in Food & Beverage Management
  • Experience in hospitality industry, such as hotels and resorts
  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
