Azura of Fox Point is seeking a driven, compassionate Executive Director to lead their Memory Care community. This role involves shaping experiences, inspiring teams, and making a difference in the lives of seniors. Requirements
- Healthcare leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Health related field
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience preferably in the senior living, health care or hospitality industries
- Previous management experience includes hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline
