Reporting to the Chief People Officer, is responsible for the strategic talent acquisition and workforceplanning initiatives for West Coast University and American Career College. He/she will manage a teamof full-time recruiters and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing selection processesfocused on meeting the growing needs of the organization. This includes management of the completelifecycle recruitment process for all levels of hiring, candidate sourcing and assessment, employmentbranding, candidate experience, standardization of recruitment policies & procedures, and recruitingmetrics/analytics.
