This role is crucial for driving brand ambitions and outcomes, requiring sensitivity to patient, physician, and caregiver populations. As a core member of practice leadership, the Executive Director needs 13+ years of experience in strategy, planning, and/or marketing science, with expertise in integrating data, technology, and media for brand innovation. Responsibilities include team leadership, growing client business through OMG products, ensuring practice excellence, and managing client relationships. The Executive Director is expected to be a strong connector of people and ideas, bringing inspiration and expertise to planning.
