Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities.
• Administrator’s license, if required by the state.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
