About The Position

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in programmatic campaign buying, with a minimum of 3 years in executive leadership.
  • Platform Expertise: Recognized expertise with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Vistar, CM360, Tableau, and related platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and strong governance skills.
  • Business Acumen: Financial and operational acumen for managing large-scale budgets.
  • Management Prowess: Proven experience in managing large teams and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Executive-level certifications in programmatic platforms.

  • Mastery of data feeds, APIs, and enterprise ad reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Govern: Establish the enterprise-wide vision and strategy for programmatic media, seamlessly integrating manual and automated (AI, agentic) approaches.
  • Build and Maintain: Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to construct and sustain robust pipelines across DSPs, ad servers, and reporting systems.
  • Lead Development: Spearhead the creation of organizational frameworks, standards, and best practices for campaign management.
  • Oversee Partnerships: Manage cross-functional teams and high-value partnerships with publishers and technology partners, fostering innovation, value, and operational excellence.
  • Synthesize and Present: Translate complex data and AI-driven analytics into actionable strategic insights for executive leadership.
  • Manage and Mitigate: Oversee enterprise-level budgets, ensure compliance, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Report on Impact: Deliver executive-level reporting on efficiency, savings, and the business impact of hybrid execution strategies.
  • Champion Transformation: Drive initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, and process transformation.
  • Communicate Effectively: Prepare and deliver executive communications, including board-level presentations, strategic reports, and organizational updates.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor, manage, and develop programmatic team members, cultivating a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold organization-wide adherence to brand, privacy, and regulatory standards.
