About the Role: Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Partnerships, the Executive Director, Programmatic Sales will lead and scale our programmatic revenue strategy. This leader will own the growth of Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals, building a high-performing pipeline that drives measurable revenue impact. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role responsible for developing agency and trade desk relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and partnering closely with internal sales and cross-functional teams to close strategic deals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital media sales experience, with a strong focus on programmatic (PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed) revenue.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling programmatic revenue pipelines and closing high-value deals.
  • Deep relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and major trade desks.
  • Demonstrated success in packaging inventory and driving profitable monetization strategies.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales talent, with the ability to scale a team as revenue grows.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, data strategy, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Highly collaborative leader with experience partnering cross-functionally across Brand Partnerships, Ad Ops, Client Solutions, and Finance.
  • Deep passion for culture, community, and purpose-driven brand work.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and grow PMP and PG revenue across priority accounts.
  • Build, develop, and execute a strategic programmatic sales pipeline.
  • Strengthen relationships with agency holding companies and trade desks.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead and develop a direct report, elevating performance and accountability, with the opportunity to scale and build the programmatic sales team.
  • Partner closely with Brand Partnerships, Ad Ops, and Client Solutions to drive deal execution and performance.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic conversations.
