About The Position

TouchTunes is seeking a strategic Director, Programmatic Sales to lead and accelerate programmatic DOOH revenue growth across current and prospective agency and platform partners. This role will be responsible for owning and expanding programmatic advertising revenue, strengthening agency and platform relationships, and positioning our DOOH offering as a premium, data-driven solution within the marketplace. The ideal candidate brings deep programmatic expertise, strong agency/platform relationships, and a track record of driving meaningful revenue growth. This individual will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert within our company, partnering cross-functionally to ensure campaign excellence and long-term success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising with demonstrated success in sales, revenue growth, or account leadership (DOOH experience strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems and ad-tech workflows; experience with DOOH supply, planning and metrics; experience with omnichannel programmatic a plus
  • Proven ability to own revenue goals, manage complex sales cycles, and influence high-level buying decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinker with analytical rigor; comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into commercial actions.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator with agency, brand, and cross-team stakeholders.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all programmatic DOOH revenue for assigned agencies and strategic partners - independent, holding groups, platforms, and trading desks.
  • Build, manage, and advance a robust sales pipeline; consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals across programmatic DOOH, expanding market share.
  • Serve as the principal programmatic DOOH expert for agency and platform partners, driving education, adoption, and strategic investment.
  • Lead premium product positioning in collaborative RFPs, client presentations, and value propositions.
  • Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships that position TouchTunes’ audiences as a critical component within integrated and omnichannel media strategies.
  • Develop and evolve strategic sales playbooks for programmatic DOOH that optimize pricing, packaging, and monetization; including but not limited to TouchTunes’ unique assets in mobile and other product line extensions.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to translate audience insights, targeting capabilities, and data signals into compelling commercial value.
  • Track competitive trends, benchmark performance metrics, and align sales strategy with marketplace evolution.
  • Drive collaboration across internal functions to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to inform roadmaps, inventory innovations, and platform integrations.
  • Act as a programmatic evangelist within the organization, elevating DOOH literacy and sales readiness.
