Job Summary The Executive Director will lead global P2P operations, driving efficiency, compliance, automation, and stakeholder satisfaction across vendor onboarding, procurement, invoicing, and payment processes. As Global Process Owner, this role defines and maintains standardized policies, controls, and alignment with enterprise systems and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing P2P system integrations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures—overseeing planning, execution, and stabilization to ensure seamless transitions. The Executive Director will lead a high-performing team within the Center of Excellence, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Reporting to the VP of Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations, this role partners with senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Business Units to deliver enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

  • The Executive Director of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) will lead the continuous improvement of the P2P lifecycle—from vendor onboarding, procurement operations through invoice processing to payment execution.
  • This role serves as a transformational leader, driving operational efficiency, compliance, automation, and stakeholder satisfaction across procurement and payables operations.
  • A major responsibility of this role is leading P2P system integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • The Executive Director will own the full P2P lifecycle of integration including planning, execution, and hypercare—to ensure systems are properly configured, data is migrated accurately, and operations are up and running with minimal disruption.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, industry standards and strategic technology focus as appropriate.
