General Summary of Job Responsibilities Consumers Energy is seeking an innovative and strategic Executive Director of IT to lead all technology and digital initiatives supporting our Customer Experience and Economic Growth organization which is focused on ensuring we are customer-focused and every interaction delivers and exceptional experience. This critical leadership role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of digital solutions that empower customer engagement, support economic development, and accelerate our digital transformation. The Executive Director will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to deliver technology solutions that enhance customer experience, enable business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
