Applicants must qualify for, or hold, a Nebraska Administrative certificate. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as a principal and will be an approachable, skilled communicator. This district level leader will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the human resources program to ensure it effectively supports the development and implementation of the District's educational programs and services. These responsibilities encompass all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, hiring, retaining, supervising, and evaluating district employees in compliance with state and federal employment law and district policy.
