Requirements

2-5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care
Excellent knowledge of the state regulations
Proven survey history
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong financial acumen
Exceptional leadership skills
If your state requires a license for this role ,you will need to have a current license in good standing
