About The Position

Pilgrim Place is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Wellness & Assisted Living. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative, person-directed care programs while leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven senior living community. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and licensed CA RN, LVN, or LPN
  • 5+ years healthcare leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results
