Position Purpose: We’re looking for a dynamic leader to bring the NCR Voyix brand to life through exceptional in-person and virtual event experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful events that elevate our brand, engage audiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role oversees a multi-million dollar event portfolio, including flagship conferences, regional events, trade shows, virtual experiences and customer-centric executive experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, product, and operations—to ensure every event aligns with our business objectives and accelerates profitable growth. This role will report to the SVP of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in event marketing or experiential marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing global event portfolios for enterprise B2B organizations, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and teams across multiple regions with a track record of successfully delivering brand experiences for events from start to finish, on time and within budget.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to link events to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in event technology platforms, data-driven decision making and hybrid/virtual event models.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, growth environment with global complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global events strategy aligned with corporate objectives, marketing priorities and revenue targets.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess event ROI and impact on pipeline and brand.
  • Partner with executive leadership to position events as a strategic growth lever.
  • Oversee planning and execution of large-scale global conferences, regional events, trade shows and virtual experiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across all event formats and geographies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations and budget optimization.
  • Partner with Brand & Content Marketing to amplify event reach and engagement pre-, during, and post-event.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of event professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
  • Establish best practices for event operations, technology and attendee experience.
