About The Position

The Executive Director Finance Operations leads a multi-person team responsible for all areas of finance operations. Ensure internal control environment is sound and adhered to. Accountable for operational accounting function; financial statement accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to GAAP and GASB. Accountable for the operational and gaming regulatory compliance function in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Commission and other government agencies. Ensure property compliance with all legal and company regulations and policies. Lead the annual budgeting process; architect, review, and summarize monthly/quarterly financial information to ensure execution of the annual and strategic plans; identify incremental business opportunities; help drive business performance across the enterprise. Collaborate with key property‐ and corporate‐level executives, and present clear analyses and recommendations within FP&A and to corporate‐ and property‐level executives and for the Board.
