The Executive Director of Enrollment Pathways provides institutional leadership for the lifecycle of the K-12 student experience, bridging the gap between secondary education and post-secondary success, in addition to leading all enrollment activities for non-traditional populations. This position combines the responsibilities of High School Programs (Concurrent Enrollment) and Admissions (Recruitment) to create a robust, intentional support system for Aims Community College’s partners. The Executive Director is responsible for developing synergistic strategies that align high school concurrent enrollment efforts with long-term recruitment and enrollment goals. This position leads college-wide efforts to maintain and develop relationships with school districts across Northern Colorado while overseeing recruitment strategies, enrollment services, new student communication plans, and the entire portfolio of dual enrollment programs (Concurrent Enrollment, PTECH, TREP, Career Academy, etc.). By balancing the needs of external school districts and community partners with internal college policies and academic rigor, the Executive Director serves as a candid, authentic change agent who drives enrollment growth and student success.
