About The Position

The Executive Director, Digital Growth & Transformation plays a pivotal role in driving the company's digital growth strategy through research, mergers & acquisitions, operational optimization, and support. This position leads the evaluation of potential acquisition targets, provides strategic operational guidance, supports leadership across digital and land-based initiatives and acts on guidance of senior leadership direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+Years of prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead research, due diligence, and financial evaluation of prospective acquisition targets, including assessment of strategic fit, operational readiness, and valuation.
  • Develop recommendations and supporting materials to inform investment decisions and present insights and strategic analyses to digital leadership and board level stakeholders
  • Provide strategic and operational support to management teams across digital portfolio companies while identifying and implementing best practices to drive performance and scalability
  • Support financial accountability processes, performance tracking, and reporting across the digital portfolio
  • Contribute to the development of board materials and digital strategy presentations, ensuring high quality delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership across land based, digital, and marketing verticals to align enterprise priorities
  • Provide project management support for enterprise-wide initiatives and priority strategic programs
  • Align cross functional teams and drive execution across product, marketing, and operations
  • Lead or support new market entry initiatives, including expansion into new markets and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate strategic planning efforts across digital business lines to ensure operational and financial alignment
  • Drive progress on high impact initiatives through structured planning, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure consistent communication, transparency, and execution discipline across complex, multi workstream programs
