Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Drives the development and administration of all compensation plans including executive compensation and rewards. Develops strategy, processes, plans, and procedures to attract and retain top talent today and for the future. Leads the design, management, and administration of compensation strategy, programs and plans for the organization. Ensures compensation programs attract and retain talent, are competitive, valued, equitable and aligned with overall business strategy and financial plans. Leads the development of compensation recommendations including executive total rewards, presents to executive leadership, and provides support to the executive compensation committee of the board. Provides consultative support to leaders and can navigate complex business challenges and needs. Ensures compliance with system policies and practices as well as federal and state regulations. Reviews policies, processes and procedures for on-going compliance monitoring with federal and state regulations. Is knowledgeable and stays current on legal issues including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), EEOC and other laws and regulations impacting compensation programs. Leads a team of leaders and professionals and develops talent and teams. Supports the development of longer- range financial and integration plans including due diligence processes. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have two or more direct reports. Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, finance, healthcare, or related field
  • 8 years of progressive leadership positions in compensation or related field
  • Financial acumen, critical and analytical thinking, and can create executive level presentation of information
  • Builds strong relationships, strong communication, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, processes, problem solving, and solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with merger, acquisition, and integration - preferred
