About The Position

As the Director of Customer Insights and Client Solutions within the Consumer Banking Payments team, you will lead the promotion of our cutting-edge Customer Insights subscription software platform. This platform utilizes advanced data analytics to empower businesses to enhance customer-centricity, accelerate growth, and make well-informed strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience promoting and implementing data analytics-driven software platforms, with a proven ability to drive customer-centric solutions, business growth, and strategic decision-making within the financial services, consumer banking, or payments industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, in SaaS, data analytics, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in driving business growth and customer centricity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries to promote the Customer Insights subscription platform.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including Marketing, Analytics, Real Estate, and C-level executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Analytics) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to effectively position the software’s value.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
