This role is accountable for every moment of the journey—from pre-arrival planning through service execution and post-event follow-through—ensuring consistency, refinement, and trust at the highest level. Set to be the worlds largest executive client dining center in NYC, this space celebrates precision, refinement and capturing signature moments distinct to the Morgan Stanley brand. This role becomes an extension of the executives within Morgan Stanley – anticipating their needs and working alongside Rapport to consistently maintain the highest level of standards. This leader operates as the architect and steward of experience, setting the standard, shaping culture, and ensuring that execution reflects intention at all times.
