Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for the effective execution of service in the Executive Dining Room/Restaurant of a dining account.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in hospitality, or equal fine dining experience
6-8 years of upscale fine dining experience, with at least 3 years of management experience
Experience with cash handling, reconciliation of cash banks, and POS systems
Ability to hire, develop, train, coach and counsel hourly associates
Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and current service standards

Responsibilities

Organizes and conducts pre-shift and departmental meetings daily
Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions
Monitors and tracks budgets and expenditures
Maintains communication with all departments to ensure customer service needs are met
Maintains all reservation systems and book to accommodate business demands
Maintains highest level of client/guest satisfaction as well as cleanliness and presentation of dining room
Investigates and resolves all client/guest complaints in a timely, professional, diplomatic manner
Performs other duties as assigned
